Refund and Cancellation Policy

Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows:

Conference registration canceled via phone or email or before July 31, 2022, is refundable but subject to a $50 administrative fee.
Registrants canceling on or after August 1, 2022, will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.
In the event that ChildWise must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances*, ChildWise will refund the cost of registration.

*Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents ChildWise from continuing with the training. Examples of such circumstances can include but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability for a reason beyond our control, shelter-in-place orders, and presenter absence.
